All orders are dispatched from Adelaide, Australia.
Australia Post – Domestic
Service Estimated delivery time
Standard 2–6 business days (2–3 days same state, 3–6 days interstate)
Express Post 1–3 business days (as fast as next business day between capital city metros)

Australia Post – International to New Zealand
Service Estimated delivery time
International Standard 5–10 business days
International Express 1–4 business days to major NZ cities

Returns

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, I offer free returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Just Email me at adrian@boskotools.com with your order number and reason for return.

Warranty

If your product breaks within 3 months or is defective email adrian@boskotools.com with the details of your order and the issue. I'll send a replacement to your chosen postal address.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please email me at adrian@boskotools.com with a photo and your order number. I'll make it right straight away.
