Shipping
Shipping is Australia-wide. All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Australia.
Delivery time: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Shipping cost: $10 flat rate for domestic shipping unless otherwise stated.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
Quality comes first, if you're not happy with your order for any reason, we offer free returns for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
To start a return:
- Email us at adrian@boskotools.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll organise a reply-paid label and send it to you.
- Drop your parcel at any Australia Post outlet.
- Once received, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please email us at adrian@boskotools.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right straight away.
