Shipping

Shipping is available Australia-wide and to New Zealand. All orders are dispatched from Adelaide, Australia.

Australia Delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping cost: $10 flat rate.

New Zealand Delivery time: 4–7 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping cost: $14 flat rate.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Quality comes first, if you're not happy with your order for any reason, I offer free returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

To start a return:

Email me at adrian@boskotools.com with your order number and reason for return.
I'll organise a reply-paid label and send it to you.
Drop your parcel at any Australia Post outlet.
Once received, I'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please email me at adrian@boskotools.com with a photo and your order number. I'll make it right straight away.
